I didnt have a such a good experience. Watied for like 2 weeks for lug bolts. Then was told they havent arrived in this shipment & i have to wait for another 20 days plus shipping. All this without even a 'we are sorry, can we make it up to you or something'.

I've been using ECS off and on for stuff for over 5 years. Never had a problem. :thumbsup: I ALWAYS call and make sure something is in stock before clicking submit. Works every time.

dont mean to :threadjacked: but i had the same experience with an order and he was tons of help. explained to me what was going on and what he could do for me, ended up shipping me a new set of rotors free of charge and i didn't even have to return the defective one, great guy and company!
