I've always hated the design of MkV tail lights.
And I painted like this....my wife said "Mazda 3?" :laugh:

i have to agree, if i were you, to do ANYTHING to these, just white out the entire area except for the circles that light up...

i commend him for doing it, he does have guts im just saying im not into it.

Well, first, it's a person's thing and second, ... his info says he's from Japan.:biggrin:

Third, look at the tailights closely, it has the urge to try and look good but imho, it didn't get there very well. Painting or masking the entire tailight except for the circular lights themselves would be a good idea too. Nice Painting:thumbsup:
