took my car out for the first time ive ever been to a track. i knew i wasnt going to do so well but i was still hoping for some better times. the track was packed bc it was opening day and i only managed 3 runs in 6 hours time.
first run was 2.491 60' 14.71 @ 98.6mph ( i forgot to take off ESP)
second run the clock messed up and did not give me any info
third run was 2.453 60' 14.61 @98.9mph
i know i really need to work on my 60' and i also know that alot of my problem was my tires. they are completely bald (down the the indicator) i let out some of the pressure ( 28psi) to help with wheel spin. but every run all i did was spin my tires all the way through 1st.
i just dyno'd my car yesterday and it put down 243.9 hp and 302.6 ft/lbs. HP stays even all the way to 6K but TRQ declines from 302 @ 3k to 210 @6k
what is your shift points. i redlined my first run then i tried 5.5k then 6k
