front mount intercooler?

k so i kept on reading everywhere that the mkV was suppose to come with a FMIC, but everybody here seens to be saying that it does?

so does it come with a FMIC or not? and if not what it is?

Its a tiny, front corner mount intercooler from what the dealership guy was pointing to me, its in the front left corner, if your looking down on the engine...

If you read this, http://www.golfmkv.com/forums/golfgoodies/mk5golfengine.pdf it shows you on page 1, 5, and 16. IT'S NOT SMALL. It's like an intercooler and radiator in one.

no but the intercooler is in from of the radioator, and u can clearly see this thing is hooked up to the turbo

That can't be the intercooler.....can it? I just know that looking at the damn hoses and pipes under there is like being a hair dresser for medusa...

It's still confusing! The pipe going up on the Turbo is from the Air Filter Intake, the one built into the engine cover with the O2 Sensor. But the first picture shows the piping from the front going around the back to the turbo also, also while showing the intake from the engine cover.
