race is lower, sport is what i have on. sport will work well with your stock shocks and race will not last you a long time on stock shocks. i had my sport installed on stock shocks for almost three months, no problems at all.

I've had 6,000+ miles on my Eibach Sport-Lines which are lower then the H&R Race springs, stock struts are still perfect.

I plan on changing to bilstein shocks anyways, so how much are the race springs??
