use software that cme w/ your camera that u use to upload on to the pc........
it should have an edit where u can reduce red eye and stuff and there u can resize

I usually just open the picture in Paint, then click on edit and then stretch/skew or whatever it is, and you can do it that way. Only really works to shrink them though.

Also, I believe photobucket.com lets you edit/crop/resize pictures after they've een uploaded, which makes it pretty easy.

The powertoy from microsoft works well. I useD that when working with XP. Now with Apple, the easiest way is with a script or automation. Its not too difficult and you can find it easily online already pre-written.
