Where do you take your mkV dealer Or the other guys

looking for some tips on where to get my car serviced. Should I take it to the dealer or someone who works on VWs. any one have a good off site dealer?
and what about aftermarket installs I want to lower my car need a place to go. and FMIC I want it custom the price now a days is to much. Thanks for the help.
