I am a heavy guy not really fat mostly muscle but I do weight 250 lbs. I plan on keeping this car for atleast 8 years and Carcking leather will drive me nuts. Is there any way to prevent it or will it just eventully happen. Will this leatherette last alot longer like old leather cars?

Cleaning and conditioning your seats two or three times a year will prevent cracking. (Not to keep talking about my own car like in other threads...I have a '95 Jetta GLX with leather/pleather seats...and they look brand new still (almost).)

I hear ur not suppose to condition leathette. So do I clean with a damp cloth every 3 months what kind of conditioner doesnt leave the leather looking greasy or shiny. I want it to look how it looks when its new.
