BMW M3 Challenge.

Start the ignition to see just what the V8 high-rev engine is capable of. Shift up through the gears to propel the new BMW M3 Coupé forwards as it constantly pushes the boundaries of driving pleasure even further. Brake as you approach the first bend but keep your steering tight, you don't want to lose your advantage.

Think you could have performed better? Then try again. Thanks to the BMW M3 Challenge, the Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit is all yours. Configure your BMW M3 Coupé using original paint finishes and enjoy the powerful sound of the engine at 8,400 rpm – until you have to brake again that is.

System requirements.

The software runs on all standard computers. To control the vehicle you can either use the keyboard or a PC steering wheel.

well, someone made a conversion of that car to the GTR2 game. So... I was hoping it was more or less realistic. I guess it doesn't apply to that "game" then lol.

wait hold on. how does it suck nuts? I just downloaded the game and it uses the same engine GTR2 does. Maybe the steering is ultra sensitive to the keyboard or your steering wheel settings? IMHO, this is more realistic than any other "race" game out there.

(sorry taste, this goes for everyone who thinks the "game" sucks)

and yes, take off all the driving 'aids'
It may not have the same features as GTR2 ... but the general concept is there.

I will agree that its a nice game but, the steering is way to sensitive.

Have you tried playing online?

x2

You can adjust the steering lock in the control options.
I use 900 degrees on my G25 and 35 lock in game.

And to all the people playing with keyboards who are bashing the game:
This game is a simulation, it's meant to be played with a descent steering wheel.

Most simulations require a lot of tweaking to get the controls to feel right.
If you don't want to take the time to do that, then maybe you should stick to playing Forza, Gran Turismo, ...

just sayin'
