use the "manage attachments" feature. or use a webhost like www.photobucket.com

just host it and paste the "IMG" link
Sometimes you wont want to use the attachment feature, because it seems to always put the imagines at the end of your document, which means you can put captions between them.
It should looks something like this (without the initial period):
Make sure the picture you're posting has a complete URL and ends with a .JPG, or other aplicable picture file type, such and .png, .gif, .bmp, ect.
For most pictures you find on the internet, just right click them and go into properties, tripple click the text in the URL field (this highlights all the text, even if its clipped and you can't see it all) then just copy and paste.
