Ride Comfort on Indianapolis Alloys

I'm glad that there's a regional forum that can assist me with this query.

I've recently ordered a new Comfortline 1.4 Golf with plenty of extras. One of these extras is the 17" Indianapolis Alloys package.

Now; when I had taken a basic (Trendline/S) Golf for a test drive it had standard 15" wheels with the standard, softer suspension.

Today when browsing the internet I came across this page http://cars.rte.ie/newcars/index.cfm?fuseaction=details&passedcat=options&vehicle_id=51173720070611 which outlined to me that the Indianapolis Wheels have 'alternative suspension'.

Does this mean I'm getting the harder, lower sports suspension?

If so; does this mean I'll lose out on the ride comfort which was something I admired a lot with the test car?

The dealer re-assured me that the ride comfort is superb in a Comfortline even with these alloys. He did not mention to me that the sports suspension would be required, however..

Please tell.
