anyone in here a real estate agent?

I'm interested in getting into real estate on the side (since my flying job barely pays the car payment), and was wondering if anyone on here had any experience with it, and how I could get started//advice//etc etc.. thanks in advance!

im not in real estate...but my aunt got into it about 4 years ago after being a psychic..lol dont ask

all she did was went to a real estate convention to learn about what was needed to get in..then she took some courses somewhere and then took some test to get her real estate licence and then got in real good with a local real estate broker

but if she can do it ANYONE can become an agent
