Street Driven SRT-4 dips into the 9's

Just saw this video. I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure the car belongs to the guys over at Darrel Cox Racing. So I guess this invalidates the statements made by people who say the fastest we can ever run is low 11's...

They hit 10's a long time ago and the car belongs to a gentleman from NJ I "think" and the guys form Never2muchBoostracing and Darrel Cox built and tuned the car. Jay and Hozay are the balls.
