questions about Golf V RCD 300 headunit?

I have bought my Golf V with the RCD 300 radio system,unfortunately i don't have the manual for it,I have a lot of questions and if anyone can help me it will be highly appreciated,I need to know the answer for the following
RMS output power?
auxilary input?
input for a cd changer?
what is the function of the TP button?
the car is equiped with 4 speakers and 2 tweeters at the front can I add extra speakers at the rear?
No adjustment for fader appears,is there a way to adjust the fader if i succeed to connect speakers in the rear?
did any one try to connect an ipod to this system and can tell me how to do it?
I appologize for the huge number of questions but i am really desperate for help in answering any of them
If anyone can help me in answering any of these questions or can tell me who is tha manufacturer of the unit or send me its manual i will really appreciate it.

Don't have the manual or my GTI yet. But usually, TP is tape.
Dealer tells me there's no AUX input in the dash. But there seems to be something in the back, which allows you to install an iPod dock in the glove box. VW offers that, but there has been some bad feedback for that in the forums.
