Has anyone done corner balancing on their GTIs after coilover installation? Please no hi-jacks or speculations.

In that setting paying for a corner balance is really overkill. Just get a good 4 wheel alignment once you are happy with your ride height. Gonna cost about 60% of a corner balance job and in all but the most extreme settings (those I ask about above) will work just as well.
Bottom line, for a daily drive it is overkill IMHO. Now if you want the "ultimate" setup you should just get it done. Expect to pay upwards or $300 dollars for it though!
