I'm going on a 4 week trip through Europe this summer. I don't have the full itinerary yet, but I know I want to check out one of the European car manufacturer plants while I'm there. So, my question for all of you is: are there any plants that are particularly interesting to tour? I heard the BMW factory in Munich is pretty cool, but I wanted to get a second opinion.

the Dresden Phaeton plant, aka die Glaeserne Manufaktur is a dubber must-see! I've been there last year and it kicks ass totally! Really good guides are giving you an hour long tour of the facility seeing phaetons in all stages of production beeing worked by those neat, white-dressed Germans haha
