well.. i purchased an hid kit with ballast, adapters, bulbs, harness... for about $150 shipped.
installed them by a reputable shop and they were fitted perfectly. after about 6 months the left bulb changed color to about 4300k.
on there site, they put that "Returns, exchanges, out of stock & warranty:
* All HID kits and there components have a 1 year warranty against manufacture defects, misuse and improper instalation is NOT covered! If you have a faulty part please e-mail sales@directconnectiontuning.com!"
emailed him twice and no response... im not sure what to do from here but i find it unfair that he did not respond as i approached the situation in a polite manner.
any ideas on what further steps i can take?
