There are 2 different types of axle bolts for our cars
There are 2 different types of axle bolts for our cars
I'm pretty sure the 12 point ones(that he's selling) replaced the 6 point bolts. When I ordered mine from the dealer a couple days ago they didn't have a 6 point. Same threads and everything so they fit just fine. The 12 point ones come on the newer cars.

Axle bolts
One did indeed supersede the other, the 6 point ones with the monster washers superseded the 12 point ones on 08 VWs
