K&N panel filter, cleaning kit and oem filter

Hi guys/girls

For sale my near spanking new K&N panel filter from my Mk5 Gti - number 33-2888 AND K&N cleaning kit and unused oem filter included.

Gives better throttle response and deeper/whooshier noise but obviously not like full cai.

I have just fitted new cai, so the above not needed.

How easy is ir 2 fit in the factory box? I heard the engine cover is a b1tch 2 get of 2 get 2 the air filter box

Hi - yes it can be a bitch to take off but not a prob if you know where to pull. The engine cover attaches with rubber plugs onto plastic knobs (something like that), so you pull and pull and then it suddenly releases. As long as you are not pulling on a stray piece of plastic you are fine. And you just pull one corner at a time.J
