help. hood won't close completely
I opened up the hood to check on something. And when I tried to close the hood, it won't close completely. I tried to let it drop from a foot, and also tried to push on the hood down, but neither works. It seems that only the first latch is locking, but not the second one. any ideas? thanks

just lift it, manually bring it down and when you think it's just about right, slam it down.

open the hood, take the wrench or whatever the heck you placed on the radiator support and close the hood.

check to see if the latch under the dash to pop the hood is sitting back all the way

i watched a sales guy pop a thunder bunny and then try to get it closed for like 10 minutes.
the panic on his face was hilarious when he'd gently try to close it and it wouldn't. |

hah, this thread reminded me that i left some shit on the wiper tray, closed the hood, and took a spin. didn't lose anything though!!
