yo im down to race the XRS, im also in south florida. stage 2+ with same mods except the meth. DSG.

also interested in running that "fastest stock turbo gti" to see if he can really keep the title.

It has a 1.8 VVTL-i like Celica GT-s. New XRS have the 2.4 like Tcs I believe.

I'd say the weight difference is the biggest overall factor. GTI - 3100 or so lbs, XRS - 2600 or so lbs. When you make around the same peak WHP as a stock GTI but with a better rev range and also have 500 less pounds to move, you can do awsome things.
