Squeaking brakes
Sometimes when first start up my car and drive off, only sometimes, when I go to stop (at low mph) I will hear a squeaking noise from my brakes. I believe that it's the passenger side front brake. I've had no problems with braking but it just sounds wrong. Anyone else have this problem?

Mine always squeaks in the mornings or during first start ups. Even at night, it's normal if you live by the Oceans, the salt in the air will form a thin corrosive layer on your rotors...and there may also be some moisture that will take a few steps on the brakes to rid it.
It is something that always happens to me, but it goes away after a few times of using the brakes!!! and my Brake pads are still 40% left on all four pads.

i get the squeaks whenever there are dew in the morning... but not any other times... if you are getting it on only one brake then it may not be due to environmental factors... if it was then it would have affected all of your brakes... i would go check it out just in case...

It just sounds like it's from the left side. It's probably just me. It only happens in the mornings on my way to school as well. MadGolfer, are you away at school now?
