My salesman called my Black 07' GTI "Volcanic Black" but I have never heard anybody refer to a Black GTI as such.

Black Magic Pearl IS NOT the same as Black Magic, (Black Magic metallic does not exist). Black Magic is the same as Black Magic Pearl EXCEPT, Black Magic is missing the blue flec in the paint (check this yourself) and thus does not have the pearl effect in the paint. If you don't believe me still check the paint codes for the R32 (or 20th) and our GTI they are different. You're welcome.

Can we get BMP (pearl) on a 2008 GTI (US)?? I'm pretty sure I just had the option for metallic.
