Weird Boost Leak

i'm losing 3psi across the board, my MPG dropped too, no oil that i can see around the area of the oil filler cap, i have the Forge DV, stg 2 apr, 12K on the car

sometimes i get this really weird "tuh" noise when i accel then let go of gas, it is a deep "tuuhhh" noise, only way i can explain it

so i look under the hood, take cover off, and start messing with the thingy that is connected to the line that i put my vac/boost guage line and DV line too. the thing to the right of it, where i had to cut 2 nipples off of to slide the piece of tube on it

well everytime i lift it up, which in turns lifts the whole line where the boost guage and dv line is hooked up too, i can hear air coming out, weird, then all the air runs out of course since the car is turned off, i used clamps to attach the lines, but didn't use anything at that metal piece where you can connect the boost guage and dv line too, the one that was provided by FORGE

at work now so will clamp that off when i get home, but you guys think that is the case? would it really affect MPG if that was where the leak was?? any help is appreciated
