I saw it at E38 and in all honesty I wasn't feeling it buddy. I liked the rims when they were silver and the car was all black.
I understand why you did it though because if you don't do something different with a mk5, people don't seem to notice them on the VW scene here in the UK. So for your indivuality and balls to do it I have nothing but repect for you and all the attention that your car got at show means it's a job well done!
Yes its an R32 front smoothed and painted. Bonnet extended by nearly 4 inches. Original R32 grille under bonnet with a cut out made where the badge was to open the bonnet. Original MK3 Projectzwo mirrors mounted on MK5 backing plates.
Car was built to create an impact and be built against what everyone else does, I hate turning up at shows finding u are next to just another black golf thats looks the same except maybe the wheels.
Wanted to take it to a new level and new it wud possibly be disliked by many but thats the risk u take for doing something different.
