Looks like they don't belong there. Would look better at the top of the lower grilles or perhaps in the blinker area below the headlight IMO

Looks AWSOME!! makes me wanna swap out for the R32 front end so mine would look like that.....maybee I can figure some way to work it into the GTI honeycomb inserts....
