PCV or HPFP???

So i tried searching sot see if anyone had already had this problem, but couldnt find anything. So hears my problem. When I'm flooring, and the my rpms are nearing 5000 the boost will fall to 10 psi, usually that wont happen until 5600-6000 rpm. Its like it kind of dips down, and loose's a bit of power. The weird thing is, it doesnt always happen maybe once or twice in a week. So i was either thinking it's fuel cuts, because it happens usually when I'm at a 1/4 of a tank or just under, or the PCV is leaking(which its shouldnt be because i have the stage 1 fix but i did break a piece on that clip that goes around the hose that goes into the front of the PCV, when installing it. But it fits on there tight as hell, with no play or movement at all, so I doubt that has anything to do with it.). So my question is, am I getting fuel cuts, or is that little clip on my PCV messing with me? Thnx for ur help!! ( my mods are APR stage 1, Forge DV, Neuspeed Pflo, and BSH stage 1 PCV fix )
