Selling 1K0907530L Gateway for VW. Bought it from Germany off eBay for my '06 GTI after buying a RNS510, but turns out my car isn't affected by any battery drain issues, so don't need it.

hi mate did you get an rns510 version b or c.

some people rekon the canbus can be reflashed etc and wont need a new one? is this the case?

Hi,
I bought it as a RNS510 Revision B - didn't have any drain issues. Took the risk and upgraded to revision D (38xx) firmware - still don't have any drain issues. I'm guessing the previous owner already upgraded the gateway.
