CARBON LOOK AIR BOX FOR GOLF V GTI

main@sbg.gr

Dear sir.
This is the new apllication of the Air Box wich my company manufactures.
The air box is made from a super high heat ABS plastic, vacumm formed proccesed in a carbon look finish.
The air box uses a conical filter inside and at the original air box uses only a sealing rubber joint.
The results are :+7hp increase and 4kgr/m more torgue at 2400 rpm.
Find enclosed photos of the apllication, and contact me for any details

Regards

It is a litle bit,but it is the best solution you can have.
We have tried on dyno many solutions ,and this was the best withought making any modifications at the managment of the engine

But what about the air flow through the original airbox? Nothing is blocked off in the original airbox, so the air still goes through the resonator part. This is still not a straight flow through intake.

The original panel filter, does not excist if you mean that.See the photo of the hole kit.
We have tested the same air box with a alu tube system ,without using the original box,but the result was not good.

DYNO

Please find attached the duno.
The speed of the air that the dyno could simulate as a runing car ,was about 70 km . I soon expect a new dyno with a 250km runing simulation from Germany.
