Nice pix, nice camera. I'm still using the XSi, but the T1i is great to start with.

Thanks for all the comments, guys.
I'm really glad I stuck with Canon.

Basically, I took it out of the box, put on the lenses, and snapped the shots. I'm SO AMAZED on how the pictures look. Maybe because I'm coming from a shitty Canon SD500 that has been beat up.

I was actually thinking about taking out the yellow FTP bulbs.
I was planning on getting up early to get this camera at Best Buy on Black Friday for $850 (w/ the 55-250mm lens) but I was way too exhausted to get up early. I went to Costco instead and saw that they have the same deal as Best Buy. So luckily, I got it from Costco without waiting in line or anything. Just a walk-in and get-out.

I also have been planning on taking the yellow FTPs out. I keep having mixed feelings on whether to leave it on or off. hmm.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Basically, I just gotta get my Photoshop details and such down to really make my photos pop out a lot more.

Loving this camera so much and have lots to learn/test. This is just the beginning of my DSLR years.
