Heated Seats

I've got vw golf mk5 with heated seats but heating aint working at all, i tried all 5 stages and none of them works, I checked the fuse box and everything is fine there, what could it be? :iono:

Please any suggestions, I'm having same problems with mine

As much as I hate dealers, take it to the dealer. There is a Service Bulletin on this. I'm not 100% clear if that means it's covered under warranty/extended warranty or not, but they're the ones to know how to fix this. My documentation doesn't tell me how to fix it, only the info below:
