Thats the linear coilover springs and top plates for mating the spring to the oem strut mount.

30k miles on the rear shocks and springs. With perches installed they will drop you about 3.5-4" total from stock ride height. At their highest setting probably close to 2".

Will those springs work on FK Streetlines? Im in dire need of rear springs lol

I'm not sure what the inside diameter of the FK springs are so I cant say that they will work with the FK spring perch. The FK rear spring perch is bolted to the lower control arm where as the 8380 perches sit between the top of the spring and the upper spring pad. So if you use the included 8380 perch they will fit just fine and they will work perfectly with your FK rear shocks.
