Check the cam chain tensioner under the HPFP housing, pull the n205 and make sure it's clean. Have you done the timing belt recently?

isnt there a mesh filter on the 205 that can get clogged and mess shit up

Not on the FSI
So I changed the n205 and the car is idel better the boost went from 24 to 22 but now it's not over boosting like it was but when I switch gears fast I still loose boost pressure any ideas what it could be don't have no more engine lights now

You're going to lose boost between shifts if you let off the throttle no matter what. If you want no-lift shifting, get a WOT box

Replace your thermostat
If you have Vcds take a look http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/18613/P2181/008577 Possible Solutions special notes the issue could be a sensor.
