I saw someone post about that yesterday and I tried it and once it's warm it doesn't make that noise, should it make that noise regardless if it's warm or not if I press the recirculate button?

Yours maybe temperature temperamental. Noise coming from behind glove box? Depending on the HVAC system in the car you can have up to 6 flap motors.
