Got misfiring on 3 cylinders the other day. Put in 3 new coil packs, cleared codes was fine for a day. Started the car after work, EPC light comes on.

I get 2 codes;

Where specifically is the ECM and TB located on our cars? What are the odds a bad battery or bad tank of gas is causing this? Also the ECM issue is under ABS brakes on the scan?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks. I checked all the wiring around the manifold, cleared the codes and so far so good, but who the hell knows. Curious why the ECM issue would have been under ABS brakes. Has anyone seen this issue before?

I am getting the ABS Error:
ABS
Part#1k0907379AN
Coding: 113B600D49240001880C06E6921C004
1300 (HEX)
COMPONENT: ESP MK60EC1
FAULT CODE: 01314 ENGINE CONTROLE MODULE (ECM)

I was getting throttle position errors, and a cylinder misfire. Misfire is intermittent.

I checked the plugs to the throttle body and coils and the misfire and throttle errors are gone. Still getting the 01314 issue and I can clear it, but it keeps coming back.

ECM replacement?
Throttle Body Replacement?
Gremlins in the wiring harness?
