Hey folks,
Yes I searched- didn't find a answer so if it is out there, sorry I could not find it.

Here is the issue. Engine was rebuilt, K04, UNIRONIC stage 2+ tune, all the required parts were installed with the tune to include upgrading the fuel sensor to the R version.
Have replaced that sensor twice now, but am still getting the same freaking errors (see below for scan), the fuel pump was also upgraded, rebuilt the old pump. I have no leaks, it does not run bad, not misfiring but it just keeps throwing the same errors?!! ANY help is much appreciated.

here is the log- just the part with the fuel pressure error-

O2 sensor...1st position closest to the engine. If that doesn't fix it...look at those fuel sensor's wires. Wait for your reports....

UPDATE

So after fogging the system found out I had blew out a 2in hose coming off the turbo, replaced that cleared the codes and drove it on a 10hr business trip, got there scanned it NO ISSUES. Took a trip yesterday, about half that time/distance- didn't feel right but no CEL. Just re-scanned it again and of course the F*&^%$# code is back. At least I am only pulling 1 code now

(000401 - Fuel Pressure Sensor (G247) P0191 - 001 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent)

WTF!!! The tank is full, the sensor has been replaced..twice, the HPFP has the rebuild kit in it. How do I test the connection to the sensor, pump, etc and what would normal reading be? Could be the LPFP?
Any help is appreciated.

It's possible it's the wiring to your sensor...and is worn through or damaged somewhere.

You didn't mention the fuel filter before, is it new? And if replaced recently, did you check and make sure it was a 6.6 bar regulated filter or the lower regulation filter.

You didn't mention the fuel filter condition. New, recently replaced, and was it inspected making sure it is a 6.6 bar regulator filter. Not likely to be a leaking injector because you'd have misfires and rich signs in your fuel trims along with low pressure.

I have not checked the wiring yet, need to know what correct voltage is,etc. What I can see is fine, no idea if thereare any breaks donline or if the plug is maybe damaged, if so it is not obvious- but yes I am thinking that may be it. Ref. the filter, yes it is also brand new-OEM.

DO you or anyone know-what if any logs i could run? If you have an idea break it down barney style, I have only run them once or twice

Thanks!
