I know this may be old news or whatever for some of you. This weekend i had some work done to my car and i found out about a week ago that these things have fuel filters externally mounted (duh, right?) that i never knew about. Anywho, got the fuel filter and oil change done with some Total oil, and my morning commute mpg shot up about 3mpgs, this is going off the avg reading in the MFI. Haven't put a full tank through it yet but on a recent drive up to the mountains, i was still in the 20+ range.
From what i remember in the carfax the fuel filter had never been done so it was an original one. :yikes:
