09 gti abs module

So the abs module on my 09 GTI needs to be replaced, i was wondering if anyone knows if it matters which of the three abs modules on VW's website i need to get

i have but they told me they can't do it because my abs module can't even communicate with the module and told i have to just replace it

Ok so you are buying a new one from the dealer, give them a call with your VIN and get the part number and then shop for best price.

wtf, take it to another vw dealer

He could try another dealer but if the abs module is not communicating with the dealers scan tool because it crapped out internally the dealer can not update the software and then run test to see if it has the proper dtc to continue with replacement of a new module. They have to send the proper Dtc codes "paperless" to get payment for the warranty claim.
