License plate light won't stay on

I replaced the oem with led but even before I replace them the lights wouldn't stay one.

One thing to note about LED's....they have polarity. So if they don't work one way, try the connections the other direction. If, however, it's an issue with the light turning on and not staying on, then you probably have a poor connection somewhere that is cutting out.

if you installed LED bulbs makes sure they have built in resistor.
