Climatronic unit / heated seats not working.

Okay so, long story short.. I hit a deer.. took it to the place that the insurance company recommended. I only needed a hood and a bumper, no big deal, or so I thought. They replaced a couple lights as well. I get my car back with an air bag fault alert, the center climatronic unit not working. The blue back lit degrees display doesn't light up.. But the orange fan speed does light up. No heat or a/c, and the heated seats not working. I took it back to them and was like what the actual fuck. And go figure it's not their fault and I'm just a simple girl who doesn't know what was working before hand. Please help, I have no idea where to start. 2007 mkv gti
