Front driver side wheel well has constant noise.

There is a quiet noise coming from the front driver side of my car. It sounds like the brakes are going bad like the constant metal on metal with warped rotors. I replaced the brakes 50 miles ago and the same sound is still there, then i thought it might be the Hub and Bearing assy. So i replaced that... no luck same sound is still there. Anyone have any thoughts?
