they've told multiple people that they can't do it and that they would have to cut it. Which is wrong.

Not too old of a thread, but looking to get my fenders rolled, I'm in the Arlington/DC area. Just moved to the state a few months back so not too familiar with the area yet and I'm hoping to not have 'em get jacked up. Heck would rather pay a forum member that's knows what's he's doing and meet up with a fellow VW'er out here. Any advice y'all can give me I'd appreciate it!
