Honestly I think I've only taken my VWs in the family to Reeves due to location and distance from where I live and never really had issues. Parents had a problem with Kuhn back in the 80s when they were Lindell bought a car and it seems to fit the same experience for the last 10 years that nothing has really changed.
A few years ago I had a problem buying a car from khun, they were seriously trying to screw me on the value of my trade(which is to be expected from a dealership). However the part I took issue with was that the finance manager was a complete prick and then when I went to another dealership due to their crap service, the new dealer didn't have the car I wanted. They tried to do a dealer trade from khun, once khun realized the car was for me they wouldn't do the trade and apparently said derogatory things about me.

Who did you deal with, Lillian or the guy? Can't remember his name, it's something regal-sounding.

I think one of the big problems under Brandon was their mechanics. So far, in the last 2 years, any warranty work done on my car looked OK - car was clean, and it appears they didn't screw anything up. When it was Brandon, I would swear the mechanics cut my CV boots on purpose. I know they lied to me about work I didn't need. And the car was always dirty - one time there was mustard in my drivers AC vent, and the engine cover was always greasy, wires were out of place, etc.

I don't think I would buy a car from them. I asked about the extended warranty, and was told the price was set by the Florida Insurance Commission. In fact, car warranties have been excepted for years - they can charge whatever they want.
Ive dealt with both. But this last time was the lady, i guess it was lillian but i didnt catch her name. The dude that helped me the first time i was there for service was really cool though.

I havent noticed any food or condiments in my car either.
