So when I took out the intake manifold all 4 injectors were stuck.... Do I have to take all of them out or can I leave them in the manifold when installing the manifold back?

Injectors are not in the manifold on the mk5....they are in the cylinder head.
Sorry, but do not understand....

You can leave them in the rail and put them back in...i dont like doing that however

The rail is part of the manifold. Injectors like to stick in the rail when removing the manifold.

Okay good to know. Well I lost this washer in the engine bay. So Looks like I might as well get a refresh kit now.

Any good tips pulling this fuel injector out of the rail?

wiggle it around, the injector should rotate a little bit inside the rail too.
Once you remove one injector that will release the pressure and fuel will leak out making the rest easier to remove.
Keep a shop towel or two handy to soak up the fuel

Got them out. Since I didn't get to see any of the fuel injectors actually in since all 4 came out. How far do they go back in the video I watched shows them pretty deep in there. But I'm afraid to push too hard. Either I do it too soft or too hard and break something

Another up date. Not having much luck. Just ordered these in and they didn't fit on snug by the way I was putting them on and this happened when trying to force them in

A little afraid now since I don't have a local Volkswagen and I was reading somewhere on here that a guy just used spit to get them on and I did. It worked but they weren't snug. Then watching this video I see all injectors pretty flush
