first oil change and then some...
so i took the gti for its first oil change today at the dealer. (its cost $80 with tax in case anyone was wondering). i also asked for them to re-align the headlights cause i got my car lowered and they point to low. the dealer said they hooked it up to the programer thingy and that they were at the right height and explained to me agian how i have HID'S and the align themselves.
. they they told me that the forge spacer i have is causing the turbo to put out more boost than stock and in the long run will hurt the engine! but at the same time iam . how can i be pushing more boost with a bov? and does anyone know how to make the headlights normal agian? do i need to get a vag-com?it would help me alot thanks

Just pop the hood open and look for a white circle with a plastic nipple in it in the headlight housing. Around it is the letter U and D for up and down I assume. Pop the black nipple out and use a phillips screwdriver to adjust your headlight. You can not miss it unless you are blind.
I hope people actually 'explore' their car, this stuff is pretty standard stuff and you do NOT need vag-com to adjust your headlight. |

i guess ill wait till its dark and try it out on a wall and see for myself. i hope iam talking about the correct spot. its way over to the side and behind the headlight kinda and it looks like a allen wrench but a phillips fits in it.
