Help - cleaning leather interior
In transporting my kids, I now have sunblock all over the front of the rear seats (where their legs hit the seat). I've tried several different cleaners, but I'm concerned harsh cleaners will destroy the leather. But in the mean time, I'm concerned that the stuff will permenantly stain the leather white. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

pics would help but try just a bucket of warm water with fairy liquid in it and an old/used kitchen scouring pad. be gentle.

Been there, although it was on my 'leather' in the WRX which isn't as nice as the MKV's, but I just used a sheep skin shammie and some Meguiar's Gold Class Cleaner/Conditioner.
Wiped off with normal pressure, no scrubbing needed. I know it's probably not the right/pro thing to do but I like using that sheep skin rag because it's leather itself so it's soft but jussssst abrasive enough on the rough side to scrub with without having to worry about roughing up the seats. |

be careful of leather cleaners because they usually have alcohol in it and they dry out the leather in long term if you know keep applying there product, go soap and water

I've tried soap and warm water - nothing. I've also tried Lexol leather cleaner with no success.

you can try to use a brush and Sonax Leather Foam or Leather Master Rapid S Cleaner these have worked well for us on cars with sun block on them.
make sure you protect the area with Leather Master Protection Cream after you clean them up.
