don't want to be a downer but a true 103mph mkv has a mid 13 in front of the @, not a mid 14. spinning can inflate traps, if you hooked and pulled decent times it probably would have been a few mph lower.

They all however had 2.3 - 2.4 60' times with stock tires. If i can get those down to 2.1, then I'm easily into the 14's, but that seems to be what these cars run stock (based off of numbers/slips from this site).

Now, Orlando Speed World is KNOWN for being a shitty track, but this is ridiculous! It was also 90 degrees with high humidity. How could an APR chipped GTI run low 15's?? I'm not that bad of a driver...I used to race 6 years ago. I had an Altima that ran LOW 13's @ 103 mph, and this car feels very close to that based on butt dyno.

WTF?
I ran very similar times at Orlando speedway so dont feel bad since i was a DSG... I had an intake and it was 50 degress outside... Honestly i think the street has more traction then that track.

Check the times minus the 60 foot times and that should eliminated the wheelspin aspect and allow you to roughly see what the time difference is between both cars.

Most cars hook up in 2nd or late into second and from then on its just however much hp you got and making clean changes.

With DSG even if the whleepsin causes an extra gearchange to pass the qtr, its so fast, it wouldn't really add a tonne of time.
