DSG GTI and Lowered Jetta

Definitely not a versus, but I didn't know where else to post.

I was having a bad night, talking with a friend and we just decided to go driving around a bit. (For you Chicago people, I took 94 West up to Lake Cook Rd and took that to Sheridan to get back home) When I was taking the curve that lead to Sheridan, a CW GTI passed by me going the opposite direction. Following the GTI was a great looking Reflex Silver Jetta 2.5. Needless to say, I turned around and followed them hoping to get back on the expressway and have some fun. Instead, they pulled into a little parking lot of some AM/PM type place. I drove past so I wouldn't look like a total creep, but my friend was like "C'MON MAN GO BACK AND TALK TO THEM." I didn't really feel like, it but he finally convinced me, so I pulled into the parking lot.

They looked pretty excited to see another VW just driving around. I pulled up to the spot next to the CW GTI, and we talked for about 15 mins.

The Jetta was lowered on BC Coilovers and stock wheels (still looked tits) and the GTI was entirely stock aside from having a P-flo.

Just wanted to share a good, unexpected experience with some fellow dubbers. Gotta love this community.

It's cool to run into other VW enthusiasts around town. It doesn't happen often around here (except for the VW club get togethers), but when it does it's def sweet.

I've paid to get blown by two trannies but never paid to blow two trannies. That's messed up.
