Thumbs up ESP Light stuck on all time

Hi there people,i was wondering if any 1 out there can help,just recently i have got my esp light on all time can not turn it of,this is on my mark 5 vw golf gt td 2.0,i plugged in to a vag sytem at mates garage and it reads 01435 Brake pressure sensor 1?ne ideas?Cheers Dave

Its just a guess, but it sounds like you might have tripped the brake pressure sensor? I am guessing your brake fluid pressure is too low? Check your brake fluid level.

Try that, or just take it to the dealer. Should hopefully be a warranty fix if you still have coverage.

Thank you Drednut,
Im sure i have checked the fluid and all seems to be ok,but shall check again,No warranty cover left,they want 80 pound to plug in for starters,

just been to vw this morning and they said its 1000 pound to repair its abs unit faulty!but they did say they contact head office and see if they can come up with somethink?
