Warm-up and Cool-down

Do I have to warm up and cool down turbor charger engine even when I had it run for a few minutes with low rpms? I mean, do i have go through this ceremony when I go to the groceries few blocks away?

You don't need to idle after you've finished driving (although it would probably do some good in the long run if you did). Afaik the motor has a small oil pump that continues pumping oil through the turbo to cool it down after the car is turned off.
